1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Policy

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Sido89 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, sido89 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and wins in the account. Where closure is at the player's own request or due to circumstances beyond the player's control, valid balances will be returned upon completion of the review process.

9 Limitation of Liability
